We accept return requests within 30 calendar days of delivery.
Items should be unused and in the packaging they arrived in. If your return is due to a quality issue, contact us first at info@cadenselife.my with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review it and provide return instructions.
Return shipping is free for accepted returns. We do not charge restocking fees.
To start a return:
- Email info@cadenselife.my with your order number and the reason for the return.
- Wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.
- Ship the item to:

Once your return is received and inspected, we process the refund within 1–2 business days. The refund is sent to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take an additional 7–10 business days to post the refund to your account.
If an item is returned used, altered, damaged after delivery, or missing parts, we may not be able to approve the return. If the return is due to a quality issue, we will handle it under the same return process.
