cadenselife ships within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or United States territories at this time.
Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days. Our processing days are Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays. After processing, delivery within the contiguous United States usually takes 3–5 business days. These timeframes are estimates. Weather, carrier delays, and high order volume can affect delivery.
Shipping is free for all orders within the contiguous United States. We use established carriers. The carrier for your order is assigned at dispatch based on the delivery address and service availability. The carrier name will appear in your shipping confirmation email.
When your order ships, we send tracking information to the email address provided at checkout. If tracking has not updated for 5 business days, contact us at info@cadenselife.my with your order number. We will open a carrier trace and follow up with you.
